Coding4WIN is a pioneering Erasmus+ initiative committed to empowering women NEETs (not in education, employment, or training) aged 25 and above by equipping them with essential ICT knowledge and digital skills through the innovative use of serious gaming. Our project aims to provide tailored educational materials and training opportunities to adult learning centres and educators, enabling women NEETs to acquire skills relevant to online job advertisements and fostering their re-entry into the labour market.
Coding4WIN envisions a future where women NEETs can access inclusive and effective digital learning opportunities that empower them to thrive in the digital economy. By closing the digital gap and fostering digital literacy, we strive to create a more equitable and inclusive society.
We are dedicated to developing a comprehensive curriculum and interactive training modules that cater to the specific needs of women NEETs. Through the use of serious gaming and micro-learning techniques, we aim to make learning engaging, accessible, and culturally responsive, thereby empowering women NEETs to unlock new opportunities and realise their full potential.
01
We develop tailor-made educational materials and learning opportunities specifically designed for women NEETs in digital, ICT, and coding fields. Through our Coding4Win curriculum and training materials, we ensure they are attractive, up-to-date, and effectively address our target audience’s learning needs.
02
We enhance coding education and transversal competencies among our target group. We emphasize skills like creativity, interpersonal cooperation, cross-cultural collaboration, coding communication, problem-solving, and self-expression. We empower women NEETs to thrive in the digital landscape through the comprehensive resources available on our Coding4Win Digital Knowledge Hub.
03
We improve digital literacy and basic coding skills among disadvantaged women. We utilize the Coding4Win serious game, providing an engaging platform for women NEETs to enhance their ICT confidence and abilities. This initiative not only equips them with essential skills but also fosters empowerment in the digital realm.
04
We encourage IT skill development, inspiring women NEETs to explore IT skills as a path to economic growth. We act as role models and showcase opportunities in the digital sector, motivating our target audience to pursue IT-related skills and careers, thereby contributing to their personal and professional development.
05
We raise awareness and promote reskilling, advocating for digital and technology reskilling and upskilling among women NEETs. Through disseminating our Coding4Win project results and organizing online events, our partnership aims to underscore the importance of continuous learning in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.
