The Coding4Win project empowers adult learning centres and educators to provide essential digital skills to women NEETs (aged 25+) through innovative training methods. Focusing on ICT knowledge and skills sought in online job ads facilitates their re-entry into the labour market in a culturally responsive manner.

Our Core Objectives
