We develop an inclusive training curriculum for Women NEETs, focusing on fostering digital and ICT coding knowledge and skills. The main results include the Coding4Win Curriculum on Digital ICT, coding with six interactive training modules, validated through Open Badges and the European classification of Skills, Competences, Qualifications, and Occupations (ESCO). Modules include Basic Digital Skills, Basics of Computer Programming, Computational Thinking, Coding Every Day, How to Use the Computer in Your Job, and Digital Tools for Communication and Collaboration.

The mini-serious game WinCode assists Women NEETs in learning basic coding skills through various scenarios. The game aligns with project objectives to enhance digital literacy and coding skills, boost women’s ICT confidence, raise awareness about digital and technology reskilling, and upskilling among women NEETs.

The Coding4Win Digital Knowledge Hub is an inclusive e-learning platform hosting training modules and materials developed. The Hub aims to increase the digital, ICT, and coding knowledge and skills of Women NEETs, utilising culturally responsive learning methodology for a more inclusive learning environment.
